Vale of Glamorgan Bulky Household Waste Collection
If you have unwanted large household items and appliances such as beds, fridges and furniture you can either recycle them or arrange for household waste collection.
Visit the above link to see the items the council are able to collect. The charge is £20 per 3 items, with additional charges at £5 each, up to a maximum of 5 items.
If your items are of a good enough quality you may want to consider donating them to family, friends, neighbours or a local charity/community group instead.
Please note: Tradesmen are responsible for disposing of waste they produce when they carry out work; however, you are legally responsible for ensuring they do.
